Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100
We offer free standard shipping within the United States when your merchandise subtotal is more than $100 after discounts and before taxes. Orders of $100 or less will see available shipping rates at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Some Velaya products are made to order. Processing time and delivery estimates can vary by product, destination, and carrier. The most current estimate will be shown at checkout whenever available.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives your package.
Orders with multiple items
Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or ships.
International orders
Availability and shipping rates are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
